We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities, supply only one part of an order or to divide orders for delivery. All product descriptions and specifications are approximate and are provided for your convenience only.

Shipping
US Domestic orders are shipped via USPS ground. International orders are shipped via USPS Worldwide Expedited.

Komai domestic orders generally ship within 2-3 business days, and international orders within 5-10 business days. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time. Any applicable duties and taxes will be assessed upon delivery, to be paid by the order recipient.

Return Policy
Full-priced merchandise will receive a full refund. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount code are non-returnable.Please include a copy of your emailed invoice or order confirmation with “Return” or “Exchange” written on it.
